Julia joined LightBox Studios in January 2021 and currently serves as a Senior Lighting Designer. Her multidisciplinary background, with experience in non-profit communications, interior design, and lighting, positions her to approach projects holistically, with a sensitive understanding of the dynamics of both human users and the material form of a space. She has been an integral part of the project team for corporate interiors, loading docks, laboratories, educational campuses, and healthcare facilities. She performs illuminance calculations, daylighting studies, and renderings of lighting intent to inform a custom solution for each project’s lighting needs.
